Last night getting quite late, we had a helipoter hovering right above the bungalow, if the pilot had put his hand out of the window I could have given him a cup of tea..
Lyn thinks it landed in the field right next to us, .. shortly afterwards it came back, it was so low, it seemed to be circling quite a wide area. It was too dark to see what colour it was - the only thing that could be seen was a flashing light - I was glad when it disappeared and I couldn't hear the noise it made. I found it quite scary...

Hi Ally, nice pictures! The helicopter would have been the police. We see them from time to time here, I was in the garden hanging clothes on the line when one was hovering. For a moment I thought he was watching me...lol! I was glad to get back indoors. Well done on the tench, the only fish I caught was only as big as a goldfish and I threw the rod so far back that he left the line and landed somewhere in the bushes...lol I did feel a bit guilty about that...we couldn`t find where it landed, poor thing! :o(

hehe mystery helicopter huh ? livin not far from the battle area around thetford we get quite a lot of helicopters an one hovered to the back of our house for ages one time .. apparently it's was to do with radar detection or the lack of it though next door said he only stopped to answer his mobile lol X spike X

We get helicopters regularly hovering over us - the police trying to find suspects (not us). It can be quite scary as they come in so lo. Lol at Barneys toys. I think we can beat you though, we have a huge box of them but only a few balls.

Hey, Ally .... I love the pictures. Yes, you did make quite a catch there ! And Barney looks happy to be surrounded with his lost toys. So, did you ever find out why the helicopter was hovering about ? That is the most unnerving thing. I live in an area surrounded by open hills which are covered in brush during the dry season, so when I hear them, it usually signals a fire. Hope all was well ! I wonder why the helicopter? Around here it usely means Life Force and some one had a bad actident and has to be flown to the hospital
