  Reminder

Don't Forget Task: Optician
Tuesday 21 February 2006   17:56

Here is a classic - as I get my appointments all wrong I decided to use the "Remind Me" on my Toolbar.......For the first time ever...

Above is a reminder for my Optician's appointment - tomorrow.

I asked for it a day early - so I would be prepared...

Funny thing is they offered me an earlier appointment last week...so I now don't  need the reminder for to-morrow...

But it makes the future look brighter for my appointments - maybe, just maybe I will be on top of them all....

Hi Ally I use the reminders all the time. I have one every day for Stuart as he has just started to take one tablet mid afternoon the rest he takes morning and night so they are no bother he kept forgetting to take it so it has really helped us remember.  Hope your leg is better. Love Joan.

Seems like a good idea but I do not have that many appointments.  Certainly something different for your journal.

That's great! I used to have a palm pilot to get me organized. I said, "used to" because that darn thing got toss away after a few weeks of use. Now I am my forgetful self again. LOL. http://journals.aol.com/dcmeyer420/DearDiary/

I have problems with my  organization and any way that I can create a system to accomplish what appointments I need to remember is great.   I had to go into my buddy list to allow your graphic you sent me to open with the dog on my screen.   I enjoyed it.   Salty is chewing on his bone and motivates me to go for walks that I would not take otherwise.   I lifted a car battery from my trunk yesterday that saved me from paying for a jump start, but yesterday afternoon I had some severe pain from doing it.   I am doing my exercises and will have to carry the spare charged battery (I have a battery charger in my cabin) back to the trunk.   I keep hoping to build up with exercise whatever is causing me the pain so that I can do these things.  mark
