A Time of plenty

The Picture above hangs in my hallway - it is called "A Time of Plenty" and was painted by White Buffalo (Len Fairchuk) it was a present from friends in Canada....I just love it -it is so simple yet conveys such a lot...

Hello Ally

I adore 'Art', i don't always understand it but am drawn to it (excuse the pun).   'A Time of Plenty' is lovely, you are right to say its simple but says so much.   Looking at it i feel, warmth, loving, safe, the adventure of a new life......... Mmmmm....... it is a nice picture.

You're right Ally it is a simple painting, specific colours yet there's flow.  It's a picture you'd ponder on, meaning something to each individual that looks upon it.  Very good for picking colours of decor around it.  I like it. Rache xx

Yes, I have to agree with you, it is a lovely painting.  I only wish I was half as good at painting.

By for now,

John.
