Can you see that little spider ~ he was spinning a web between my Horse ornament and my Halogen lamp ~ he was tiny so I left him to it ~
The main reason for doing an entry today is that I shall be away all of next week ~ am going to spend the week with my Sister Joy as my Niece and Nephew are going abroad on holiday and Joy dosn't like being on her own in such a big house ~
I may be able to come on line as they have three computers in the house so I can't imagine not using one of them :o)
Anyway I shall take my leave for now and if I don't see you before I shall be back October 6th ~ not forgetting I have an appointment with my Dentist on Monday 8th October (Just a checkup) :o(

I should think by the time you get back ,the spider will have spun you some pretty doileys for your dressing table ,Im sure you and Joy will have a good time together ,I dont like 'just check ups' at the dentist ,she always wants to clean/shotblast them which I hate! have a great time ..love Jan xx

I too don't like being alone,as I don't think many women do in todays age Ally. This will be a good time for you and your sister to have a nice uninterrupted visit together. Have a wonderful time and we will miss you...be waiting to hear about the visit when you get back. :) We have so many spiders...just as long as they are not black widows we are doing alright. You and I always go to the dentist about the same time. Nice of you to spare the spider. When we lived on the ranch we had so many I stopped killing them unless it was a black widow. Enjoy your visit. I'm sure your sister appreciates you staying with her so she isn't alone. Paula

I have lots of cobwebs to broom down from the ceiling in my cabin. They are not the problem. It is the brown recluses that live under the floor boards (4 by 8 foot plywood)that I plan on lifting up with my worker as they are attached with just a few screws right now and throwing '7 Dust' pesticide on top of the insulation. You asked about Salty and he had a rough time the night before last with what is what I have determined to be a hernia between his back legs on the left side. I can feel some swelling in the muscles. I have talked to the Veterinarian about it and he felt Salty but did not find anything at that time. If it continues I will have to have Salty observed for a duration at the Veterianians to see if he needs surgery. It will probably get worse as he gets older so I hope he does not have another episode for a long time. He was doing better last night and getting back to his usual barking and growling play with me with my trying to take his bone away. mark
