Toby had to go back to the vet's as he could not walk on his broken leg ~
The Vet was quite concerned and said Toby would have to stay in Overnight as he thought he had an infection in his leg
He even talked about having to amputate his leg ~
So Adam and Ella left him with the vet ~ when they had left the surgery miraculously Toby could walk and trot around the surgery ~
The Vet came to the conclusion that Toby realised he was getting a lot of attention faking not being able to walk ~ he said it was possible he was jealous of the baby ~ and advised that he got lots of attention in future ~ arn't puppies lovely :o)

Our Harper had a broken leg when he came to live with us. Sometimes his limp would come back.I'm sure it was just for attention!

I know how smart dogs are. We had a Dalmation that loved my hubby to death, actually would block me from greeting him at the door...she had to be the "one". Lol. She was lucky I liked her. Glad Toby will be okay....love, Sandi

That's one smart dog! It looks like there's two needy babies in that family! Bless! There's a famous country western singer in the states called Toby Keith. He reminds me of him! I am so relieved that there is nothing seriously wrong with Toby!

Oh what a relief ! Vet's fees are really scary. We have insured our dog all his life with the same company, and now he's getting old they won't pay out the same proportion of the cost.

Well I am glad that Toby is going to be alright...but he is spoiled for sure! LOL I know it is so easy to spoil him, I am guilty myself of the same with my animals. That is a really cute picture of him, and oh I meant to tell you in the other comment, your garden is just breathtaking!
