another little visitor to the garden

Do you remember we had a little Rabbit in the Garden last year ~ Nin and Barney are very interested in this one !!!!!

When I let the boys into the garden this little chap shoots through a gap into the wood pile where he is very safe away from them ~

Ally
What a cute little critter he is!  I'm glad he has a place of safe haven to retreat to when the dogs are out.  It should be an interesting summer watching the dogs try to chase this little guy.

Yeah, Peter Rabitt around 1865 when
Beatrice Potter immortaizd him. He's
eaten so much grass since then, along
with the roots to the grass, that there's a
whopping huge price on his head in Australia
put up by graziers who've lost zillions of acres
of grassland intended for sheep, land soil erosion
has destroyed. ruined by
rapacious busy digging bunnies.

Ally,
I just started noticing wild rabbits around here.  There are TONS that show up on the road that leads to a major beach around here.   I used to have some pet rabbits...I'm very fond of them.  And this guy's a real cutie!

What a cute little fella.  We have a pair that come to our garden each night at dusk to feed upon our grass and such.  They are so cute.  It is really peaceful to stand at the kitchen window and watch them go about their business.

Thats a good picture of the bunny Ally.  Although we are in the country I have never seen a bunny in my garden although I see plenty on the little walk I take my dog, Billy, every day.  Hugs, Terry x

How did you get the bunny to sit for his portrait?  I wish we got little wild things in our garden.   The best I can do is a picture of Keith digging - that's wild!

What a dear little rabbit. No rabbit would dare to venture into our garden! Or cats or squirells lol  Louise

Ally, that little bunny is so adorable.  We have a few garden bunnies, quite a few, here.  Grizzly will chase them but if they turn around and look at him, he runs the other way.  LOL...an 80 lb gentle giant he is.  Have a lovely weekend!  Love xx Chris

Isn't nature, in all its glory, wonderful.  The photo takes me back to the time when I was a small boy seeing a wild baby rabbit for the first time.

Ah so cute.  Our first home backed onto woods and fields and we used to have lots of rabbits coming into the garden.  I wish we still had that but no chance where we live now.

Hello Ally !  Looks like you have a new little friend there. I can imagine that Nin and Barney are quite interested in him. You know, those little bunnies are the cutest things, but they are devouring my garden at a terrible rate !  I sure wish I could find a way to keep them from eating my flowers.  Oh, I guess they mean no harm.  Anyway, nice to visit with you again.   Take care, Tina
